Who we are
ACME DESIGNS.uk is a Second Life creator, run by Connor Belmonte. GO2 Self Storage is part of the same business. We are not Linden Lab, and this website is not part of Second Life.

This website keeps nothing
No cookies. No analytics, no tracking, no advertising. No forms, no accounts, no web fonts from other companies. You can read every page without us learning anything about you.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which carries the traffic to it and protects it from attacks. That means Cloudflare briefly handles your IP address, as any host does. We don't keep a log of it.
When you get in touch
If you email us or send a notecard, about support, an order or a commission, we keep what you send: your message, your Second Life name, and your email address if you wrote by email. We use it to answer you and to do what you asked. Nothing else.
Emails are handled by our email provider, Zoho Mail. Notecards stay in Second Life.
We keep a conversation for up to two years after we last hear from you, in case you come back to it, and then delete it. Ask and we'll delete it sooner.
When you buy
Everything is bought in Second Life: on the Marketplace or from our in-world vendors. Linden Lab and CasperVend, the vending system, run those sales under their own privacy policies. Like any Second Life creator, we see your Second Life name and what you bought, and we keep that as a record of the sale.
We never see or hold payment details.
ACME Inventory
The ACME Inventory website keeps a list of what's in your boxes so you can search it, so it has its own page explaining exactly what it holds and how to delete it: Privacy & your data (ACME Inventory).
Other sites we link to
The Marketplace, Primfeed, Flickr, Facebook and Second Life maps are run by other companies. Once you click through, their privacy policies apply, not ours.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and you can object to how we use it. Email support@acmedesigns.uk and we'll sort it.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd rather you told us first, so we can put it right.
